Culinary Arts
Overview
Students in the culinary pathway receive experience in a professional styled kitchen, completed with industrial kitchen equipment. This will prepared a students for careers ranging from Chef to Food Photographer to Food Service Directors to Caterers.
Students will learn various employ-ability skills and techniques associated with good preparation.

Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) helps students and teachers focus on a variety of youth concerns, including parenting, family relationships, substance abuse, peer pressure, sustainability, nutrition and fitness, teen violence, and career preparation in four specific Career Pathways. The student compete in a variety of compete to demonstrate skills.
